To deliver our independent booking and administrative support services, we collect genuine candidate personal data including:

• Identity Data: Candidate Forename, Surname, and Date of Birth (DOB).
• Government / Scheme Identifiers: National Insurance (NI) Number.
• Residential Address Data: Address Line 1, Address Line 2, Town/City, and UK Postcode.
• Candidate Contact Information: Personal Email Address and Personal Telephone/Mobile Number.
• Booking & Qualification Details: Required CITB Test level, test centre preference, qualifications held, and card application categories.
• Technical & Usage Data: IP addresses, browser types, and standard web analytics cookies to improve site functionality.

We process personal data strictly for legitimate operational purposes:

• Test Booking Delivery: Transmitting the candidate's genuine details to the Construction Industry Training Board (CITB) and its testing delivery providers (such as Pearson VUE) to secure test appointments.
• Card Application Processing: Transmitting verified candidate details and qualification evidence to the Construction Skills Certification Scheme (CSCS) or relevant partner card scheme.
• Customer Support & Confirmation: Issuing booking confirmations, test date details, venue guidelines, and responding to candidate queries or rescheduling requests.

We do not sell, rent, or trade candidate personal information with third-party marketing companies.

Sensitive personal data, including National Insurance numbers and dates of birth, is treated with high security:

• All website transmissions are encrypted using standard HTTPS / Transport Layer Security (TLS).
• Sensitive data is not exposed in URL query strings, public HTML source code, or unencrypted web analytics parameters.
• Access to candidate booking data is restricted strictly to authorized customer service personnel for the purpose of booking execution.

We retain candidate personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the booking service, satisfy statutory accounting and tax requirements, and manage customer service queries or justified refund requests. Typically, booking records are retained in accordance with UK statutory limitation periods.
