Terms & Conditions

Construction Helps Ltd is a registered company in England and Wales (Company No. 14353770), with its registered office situated at 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ. These Terms and Conditions govern the supply of booking coordination, application assistance, training course access, and administrative support services to candidates and corporate clients.

By using this website (digieleven.com) or engaging our booking services by telephone or online form, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms were last updated in 2026.

Construction Helps is committed to clear, transparent pricing. All underlying scheme fees and Construction Helps administration charges are itemised separately prior to booking:

• CITB Test Booking Total: £45.00 — comprising the official CITB test fee of £23.50 and the Construction Helps booking and administration service fee of £21.50 (including VAT).
• CSCS Card Application Total: £65.00 — comprising the official CSCS card application fee of £36.00 and the Construction Helps application and administration service fee of £29.00 (including VAT).
• Optional Retake Protection Package: £20.00 — available at the time of initial test booking to provide a second test attempt if required, subject to terms.
• Training Courses: Level 1 Health and Safety Awareness course packages are available from £150.00 including administration. NVQ course packages are quoted separately.

To book a CITB Test or process a CSCS card application, the candidate's genuine personal details must be supplied, including full legal name, date of birth, National Insurance number, residential address, postcode, personal email address, and personal phone number. The candidate's name provided during booking must exactly match the name displayed on their valid photo identification document.

Construction Helps accepts no liability for test refusal or card rejection resulting from inaccurate, false, or mismatched personal information provided by the candidate or their representative.

Candidates must bring acceptable, valid, in-date, original identification to the test centre on the day of the test. Identification documents must normally be original. Photocopies or digital copies are not accepted except where CITB specifically permits digital verification, such as an eVisa verified through the UKVI View & Prove service.

• Acceptable Primary ID: A valid UK or international passport, a valid UK or European Photocard Driving Licence, or an eVisa verified through the UKVI View & Prove service.
• Secondary ID / Waiver: If Primary ID is not held, two valid forms of Secondary ID (one with photo, one with signature) or an official CITB ID Waiver form must be presented.
• Official ID Policy: Full requirements are set out in the CITB Test ID Policy.
• Refusal of Admission: If a candidate arrives without acceptable ID or arrives later than 15 minutes prior to the test time, test centre staff will refuse admission and the test fee is non-refundable.

CITB Test Rescheduling / Cancellation: Under standard CITB rules, a minimum of 72 hours notice prior to the scheduled test date and time is required to cancel or reschedule a test appointment. If notice of at least 72 hours is provided, the test can be rescheduled or the £23.50 official test fee refunded. Requests made with less than 72 hours notice cannot be refunded or rescheduled under CITB policy.

Construction Helps Administration Fee: The Construction Helps administration and service fee covers booking coordination, customer support, and administrative processing. Once the booking administration has commenced, this service fee is non-refundable unless Construction Helps has failed to perform the agreed service.

CSCS Card Applications: CSCS card application assistance commences immediately upon order placement. If CSCS rejects an application due to missing or ineligible qualifications, Construction Helps will assist in resolving the discrepancy. Cancellation of card processing requests are subject to an administration deduction covering communications with the candidate and CSCS.

• The £20.00 retake option is only available when purchased simultaneously with the original test booking.
• The retake must be booked and taken within 90 days of the date of the original test attempt.
• If the candidate passes the test on the first attempt, the retake fee is non-refundable as it represents an optional protection fee.
• The retake package is non-transferable to other candidates or different test types.

Construction Helps does not provide outcome guarantees. Passing the CITB Test depends entirely on the candidate's preparation and examination performance. Furthermore, card approvals are governed solely by CSCS (or the applicable scheme provider) in accordance with occupational qualifications.

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
